New York Dog Adopt

Sparky’s story: Sparky was found as a stray so we unfortunately don’t know what his history is. Sparky’s amazing foster family writes, “Sparky is a sweet and mellow brindle pup. Sparky’s favorite activity, by far, is licking faces. But he also likes snoozing by your feet, going on walks and meeting new people. He also likes patrolling the house to know everyone’s whereabouts and looking out the window. He is well behaved on walks but he is so eager to meet new dogs that he has to be pulled away. Although Sparky hasn’t had experience meeting dogs, cats, or children in our home, he has a calm and friendly demeanor. He is a true “people dog” and would do well in a home where he would have company most of the day.” They have also taught him how to “sit” and is working on teaching him to “stay” and “lie down”!
