This website was created by Liz Keller to help others in the Tri State area (NY, NJ, CT) to navigate the process of finding and adopting the perfect dog. Liz is also the founder of Rescue Dogs Rescue Soldiers, whose mission is to train rescue dogs as service dogs for soldiers injured in Iraq and Afghanistan.
